The villa is recently furnished and in a quiet location on a cul de sac, yet only 10 minutes drive to the coast and even less to local shops and restaurants.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, a en suite bathroom and a large walk in wardrobe with ample space for all the bargains from the shopping outlets. A second bathroom services the two guest bedrooms; one of which has a Queen bed the other has two Twin beds. All bedrooms have Smart TV's.
The villa has excellent WiFi throughout. A 65 inch Smart TV in the family room has a online streaming package that includes sports and movie channels. All TV`s in the villa benefit from Roku streaming channels.
A den off the family room has its own TV as an alternative sitting room; but also has the benefit of a sofa bed and double wardrobe for additional guests. This allows the villa to accommodate up to 8 people if required.
The fully fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave and everything else you'd expect for cooking in a home environment including a coffee machine for filter or pod coffees.
The master bedroom offers separate access to the pool deck through glass sliders. The en suite comprises of a bath tub, separate walk in shower and Jack and Jill wash basins
The guest bedrooms and den all benefit from double wardrobes.
All rooms in the villa have ceiling fans for air circulation.
The ample sized pool deck area is south facing and provides all day sun, plus the benefit of a large covered area. Dining table, sun beds and deck chairs provide options for eating, drinking and relaxing on the deck. A BBQ is also available for outside cooking.
Fully opening triple door sliders from the family room encourages integrated indoor and outdoor living. However, there is a separate access door to the pool deck from the hallway between the guest bedrooms and kitchen.
The pool and spa are heated by an electric heater during the winter months.

Our lakeside home in Rotonda West, Florida is very close to the South West coast with its beautiful beaches and intracoastal waterways. A south facing pool, spa and deck provides lovely views across the lake with sun from dawn to dusk.
The perfect spot to rest and relax.
Rotonda West is close to the coastal town of Englewood and has easy access to Boca Grande, Venice, Sarasota and Port Charlotte. They all offer a variety of shopping, dining and recreation opportunities.
Enjoy the FIVE golf courses at Rotonda Golf & Country Club. Long Marsh GC, where our home is situated, with its 27 holes or 18 holes at The Palms, Pinemoor, The Hills and The Links. All within minutes of our home.
The area has other great golf courses all within a 25 minute drive and include Lemon Bay, Riverwood, Myakka Pines, Boca Royale, Heron Creek, Wellen Park and Sarasota National.
Ideal for fishing, boating and water sports. With the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches just ten minutes away this is a great place to explore the coast and enjoy the sea and intracoastal waterways. A perfect location for nature enthusiasts.
Local beaches at Manasota Key have bars, restaurants and boating options from kayaking to all day fishing trips or sunset tours.
Nearby and only 20 minutes drive is the beautiful island of Boca Grande with equally stunning beaches, many boating options and beach side restaurants. While Siesta Key in south Sarasota is just 45 minutes away and has the most stunning long beach with the finest white sand you could hope to find.

The pool deck has four sunbeds, a BBQ grill and a seating area for six. Beach chairs, parasol, beach towels and cool boxes are included for guests. Additionally four bikes and helmets are also available for use during your stay.

Prices are fully inclusive of 12% Florida Taxes.
Payment please in US dollars by bank transfer. Additionally, Zelle payments from US bank account holders can also be accepted. |
| April 1st - April 30th $1411 per week |
| May 1st - Sept 30th $1332 per week |
| October 1st - December 18th $1411 per week |
| December 18th - 31st March $1646 per week. |
| A minimum of 28 days stay for bookings between January 1st and March 31st inclusive. Bookings of two people of 28 days or more receive a 10% reduction on the nightly rate. All other bookings with more than two for 28 days or more receive a 5% reduction on the nightly rate. |
| Pool/Spa heating is available for the winter months at $45 per week. A vacating cleaning fee of $150 will be added to each booking. |
| A deposit of 20% is required to secure a reservation. A refundable security deposit of $300 is required with the final balance 6 weeks prior to arrival. |
