The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom and private balcony.

There is a main bathroom on the 2nd floor next to bedroom 2 and 3.

There is a half-bath (powder room) on the 1st floor.

The family area has comfortable sofas, side tables and flatscreen TV. There is a breakfast nook with seating for 4 and seating at the breakfast bar.

The townhouse is not overlooked at the rear and occupies the end unit so you are very private. Parking for 2 cars outside the unit.

The townhouse is located very close to the clubhouse, a short walk of less than 50 meters.

At the clubhouse there is a gym, computer room, and relaxing lounge area, outside is a very large communal pool that has separate jet spa and also a kiddie's play area. Ample loungers and tables around the pool.

Lake Berkley Resort is located just off the popular Highway 192 near to the Wal-Mart supermarket.

There are restaurants and shops within an easy 5 minutes with the theme parks of Disney just 6 miles away.

The resort is gated and guarded 24 hours a day.
