SW facing 28ft x14ft Heated Pool, Spa for 6 and Deck for all day sunshine, overlooking the lake, including sun beds, table, umbrella & seating - a lovely spot to watch the Sunset after a hard day at the Parks or Shopping, or to spend a day relaxing and chilling out (a removable child safety fence for around the pool to protect the little ones is also available)
Both houses either side having obscure privacy screens meaning that you are not over looked in the pool area.
The Ground Floor consists of:-
Covered porch leading to front door, with a tiled entrance area as you enter the house.
Large kitchen area with telephone, range cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, big fridge/freezer + built in ice maker, dishwasher, twin sink with waste disposal unit, electric kettle or kettle for the hob, coffee maker, blender, toaster and everything else you would need - just like home. A Floating Island to eat an informal breakfast or dinner at.
A Bathroom with w.c & sink.
A separate Laundry Room with washer/dryer/ironing board/iron, leading to the large 2 car garage with remote control door.
