The villa is beautifully built in Grand Floridian Style, with an open plan interior, designed using natural tones and unique decorative features to create elegance and luxury.
Our entrance welcomes you with a modern seating area. The main living area overlooks the south facing patio/pool area and features both 2 and 3 seater sofa's for your comfort along with a huge 65inch Roku TV. Patio doors extend from this area onto the beautiful pool deck and lanai.
The fully fitted kitchen and breakfast area incorporates every modern appliance that may be required if you decide to create a meal. Adjacent to the kitchen is the breakfast area with table and four chairs, this area also overlooks the south facing pool and deck area. Overlooking the side of the house is our dining area, featuring an modern dining table with six chairs.
Our larger than average Mastersuite features an American king size bed and is complete with its own Roku TV, telephone and USB phone charging. This beautiful bedroom has its own patio doors which extend onto the pool area. Adjacent is the spacious master en-suite bathroom, featuring a private WC, large walk in shower, bath and twin vanity units with mirrors and spot lighting.
Both bedroom 2 and 3 are individually designed and decorated, one featuring an American Queen size bed with a beautiful Palm theme. The other with twin beds and designed with the 'Scattered Mickey' theme - complete with Roku TV - perfect for adults and children alike. Bathroom 2 services both these bedrooms and features a relaxing Palm design with bath/shower, WC, sink with mirrors and overhead lighting.
All linens, towels and hairdryers are provided.
For Children and our younger guests - we provide free of charge a full range of nursery equipment including: cot/crib, highchair, stroller, bathing equipment, steriliser, bottle warmer, baby monitors + much more. We also provide toddler bed guards.

The main feature of our home is the larger than average private, fully screened, heated, SOUTH facing pool, this ensures that you have the pleasure of Florida's sunshine from morning till night. Our pool is complimented by a multi colour led underwater light. The pool deck also features a beautiful lanai, featuring an outdoor for your enjoyment. Table and chairs and sun loungers.
Hot Tub / Spa with waterfall feature and multi-coloured underwater lighting which is located under our lanai to provide that tranquil space to relax after a long day at the parks. !!
Our pool deck overlooks our own totally private landscaped gardens that are lit at night. Not forgetting the essential safety elements such as pool door alarm to keep our little guests safe!

International airport is only a 30 minute drive, with Sanford only an extra 20 minutes.
