Our Gulf Coast home is built on a large plot with beautifully landscaped gardens. It offers over 2000 sq ft of air conditioned living space. It has been furnished and decorated to the highest of standards by an interior decorator.
The villa comprises of:
3 large Bedrooms (Master with Ensuite, king size bed,TV, DVD, access to pool /lanai area and beautiful views) Guest room 1 with queen bed, TV and access to pool /lanai and Guest room 2 with twin beds,
2 Bathrooms - both with shower and bath, hair dryers etc,
Florida Great room with fantastic views over pool/lanai and south facing rear garden, luxuriously and comfortably furnished,
Separate formal dining room which comfortably seats six,
Excellent Kitchen equipped with microwave,large range, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer with ice&water dispenser,waste disposal and a comprehensive range of equipment ,
Dining Nook - for breakfast or informal dining,
Laundry Room - equipped with washer, dryer, ironing facilities,
Double Garage with electrically operated door & remote control,
Front Porch area with bistro table and chairs for early morning coffee
Large Lanai area with dining and lounging facilities
Solar/Electric heated Swimming Pool upgraded (29ftx15ft) with water feature.
The pool has a south-west aspect, ideal for sunbathing and for enjoying the spectacular sunsets. The pool/lanai is fully enclosed in a mesh cage. The large lanai area catches the sun all day long - perfect for sunbathing. There are also plenty of shady areas to cool off.Four loungers and side tables are provided for your comfort. Dine alfresco with table and seating for six - gas BBQ is provided for the outdoor chef! A large fan is situated above the lanai table for added comfort.
The VILLA has been built on an oversize plot with landscaped back garden ensuring peace and privacy. The pool looks out over beautiful greenbelt land. There is an abundance of wildlife with gopher turtles, armadillos and even an occasional bob cat passing through.
Visit Dragonflies and you will realise that great care has been taken to ensure a comfortable stay. We have equipped our home with everything you could possibly want from kitchen gadgets ... to poolside books.

Dragonflies is a luxurious home located on the beautiful, peaceful, golfing community of Rotonda West, 45mins south of Sarasota. The Rotonda is a mixture of residential and holiday homes set among fresh water canals, golf courses and greenbelt land. A short drive will take you to the pristine, white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico.This beautiful area has been described as " Florida's Best Kept Secret" and is a wonderful base for a fantastic holiday.
We have five golf courses on Rotonda West - all open to non members. There is a Nature Reserve with a large Community Park with a children's play area, large playing fields, pathways to walk/jog around,picnic area and tennis courts.
You will find ample opportunity to fish in freshwater canals, Intercoastal Waterway or the Gulf of Mexico.
We are only 5 mins drive from 3 large supermarkets with a greater selection of shops and department stores in nearby Englewood.
There is an excellent selection of restaurants nearby including good value eateries, steak houses, Tiki snack bars, seafood restaurants and many fine dining establishments.
All Florida major attractions are within easy reach : Theme Parks - Orlando 3 hours,

A refundable deposit of £200 against inventory damage is required along with balance.
