Family room
Over 21 foot long and a ceiling height of over 17 feet and furnished in total luxury, an 8 foot picture window patio door that gives a view of the pool and deck, as well as cable TV, DVD player, this room is the ideal place to relax indoors.
Master Bedroom
Massive luxury King Bed with matching furniture and Armoire. Cable TV. Picture window with views to the pool and deck. En-Suite bathroom with corner bath, seperate walk-in shower. "His and hers" moulded marble sinks in a marble vanity counter top with large mirror. Walk in closet.
2nd Master Bedroom
This room is on the second level and has a Queen bed with matching furnishings, cable TV, En-Suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Bedroom 3
Situated on the lower floor, this bedroom has a queen bed with matching furnishings, cable TV and has a bathroom with walk-in shower directly accross the hall.
Bedrooms 4 and 5
Both these room are situated on the second level and share the 4th bathroom. They both have two twin beds with matching furniture, as well as cable TV.
Dining Room
A formal dining room furnished with traditional table and six chairs.

Ample counter tops, cupboards and kitchen utensils, as well as fridge/freezer with ice-maker, dish washer, range cooker, microwave.

The pool measures 14'x30 and sits in a 30'x40' sundeck. There is also a Spa attached to the pool for those relaxing nights after a tiring day at the theme parks or shopping malls, sipping a cool drink under the stars. You cant beat it!!!

Our home is in Emerald Island Resort, which is located in the Formossa Gardens area just off highway 192. An ideally situated Large Executive home on Disney's door step.

We are situated an easy 20 minute drive from Orlando`s international airport and 60 minutes from Sanford airport. All Disney attractions are just a few minutes drive. Sea world & Universal Studios are also within easy reach. Gulf coast beaches are about 1 1/2 hour's drive and Kennedy space centre is about 1 hour. The many shopping malls are also close by.
