We have been running this page since year 2000 and we know that many owners of Florida homes have successfully booked their vacation rentals at short notice. There are often periods in between existing bookings that owners will offer at a discount.  We also know that there are popular periods, such as Easter, School Holidays, Christmas and Thanksgiving that result in you, the holiday maker, having difficulty in finding a vacant property, having to contact many owners - only to find that their home is already booked! So if you are finding it hard to find a vacation rental for that peak season date then please check out the homes we have listed on these pages.
 
 
Guests / Tourists / Vacationers - The owners of the vacation rentals are encouraged to keep these pages up to date with their availability so that you are not disappointed when contacting the owner if an offer has gone. Inevitably some owners forget to let us know that their offer has gone and unless we know about it we cannot remove it, thus keeping these pages up to date for you. Therefore if you have found that some of the offers listed are no longer available when you have contacted the owner we would be obliged if you could email us with details of the offer in question as well as the main property advert number and we shall then get in touch with the owner to remind them that it is in their best interests to keep their offers current.

To find the advert number of the vacation rentals at our website you should look in the address bar of your browser for the URL of any of the Florida homes you are viewing. In the URL is the advert number.  It is a four digit number.  For example if you have the URL http://www.villas2000.com/frbvo/homes/1021.php then the advert number of that vacation rental is 1021.
