What type of membership do we
offer?
Florida Rentals
by Villa Owners currently offers two membership options, Standard
and Premium:

of the following are included with both memberships
4 photographs of your property (you can
have a second page of 6 extra photos (totaling
10 per listing) for $20 per year)
Your listing can include a link to your own
personal website (we reserve the right not to link to competitors
pages AND the personal website must show only
your own property that is listed at our website
- any personal website that contains links, including
hidden links, to other villa sites will not be
included in your listing. Booking sites will also
be rejected - any owner who runs a booking referral
agency or travel agency will not be permitted
to advertise - only by removing such links will
your website be approved).
Link to your 360° Virtual Tour if you have one,
if not then we can arrange one for you
Your own hit counter so you can see how many
people have visited your listing.
Unlimited amendments to the contents of your
page.
Optional availability calendar.
No charge for maintenance.
No web-site creation fees.
No rental commissions or management fees.
No money to be paid to us until you approve
the listing. Although this does mean that
your property details will not be included
in our listings or submitted to search engines
until payment has been received.
If you do not have your own personal website
then why not use your listing with us to direct
other enquiries so that they can view your home.
You will be supplied with your own URL (webpage
address) for you to include on your own stationery,
brochure etc.

If you already list a property with us then you will be entitled
to a discount on your further listings. Discounts
- For second and subsequent properties listed with us you
will receive a discount of $26 off the yearly fee i.e. £50
($80) Standard, £70 ($114) Premium.
Complete our online
application form and press the submit button when you have finished.
Send no money now, we only require payment once you have approved
your listing. You will have 7 days in which to change
your mind after completing the online form. You must inform
us by email or telephone within 7 days if you have changed your
mind.
We accept payment by either UK cheque or US check.
Cheques to be made payable to Villas2000.
We can accept Visa and MasterCard payments SECURELY ONLINE
or through mail, fax or telephone.
We can also accept payment through the use of PayPal.
If you are not already signed up with PayPal and are interested
then please click on the logo below. Once you sign up
for an international PayPal account and successfully confirm
a credit card on the system, you can send money to anyone
in the U.S. or in at least 38 other approved countries just
by knowing the intended recipient's email address.
Paying by Credit
Card or PayPal will ensure that your listing is activated
and displayed at our website more quickly than paying by cheque.
