Located on the 10th Fairway of this prestigious golfing community with fabulous views over the 10th Fairway, our beautiful air-conditioned 4-bedroomed home is perfectly located within 15 minutes drive from Disney attractions and within an hour and a quarter from the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts.
In addition to air conditioning our villa has ceiling fans in the Great Room and all bedrooms. Being a second home to us and not just a rental home it has been furnished to a very high standard. The furnishings have been individually chosen to make it a real home-from-home and the Great Room and all bedrooms have cable TVs. Window treatments have been fitted to give a much more homely feel.
The master bedroom is located on the ground floor and features a king size bed and 27" flatscreen wallmounted Cable TV with dvd. Off the bedroom are luxurious en-suite facilities. A galleried staircase leads to 3 further bedrooms and the second bathroom. (There is also an additional half bathroom on the ground floor). The 2nd bedroom, a very spacious room with queen size bed and 27" Cable TV/VCR and DVD, enjoys beautiful views over the golf course. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have 2 single beds in each, one housing the Playstation 2 and themed Winnie the Pooh/Tigger for the children to enjoy! The Pooh/Tigger room even has it's own Winnie the Pooh TV/DVD!
The living room has a vaulted ceiling and cathedral windows, which gives it a very light, airy and spacious feel. It has Cable TV with sound surround system, DVD player and CD music system. The luxury kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and has a breakfast nook with table and chairs seating 6. There is also a formal dining area which houses a computer with internet access (we also have WIFI for guests who wish to bring their own computer) with patio doors which lead to the fully screened pool which features underwater lighting and water fountains. This area is furnished with a patio table with 4 padded chairs and 4 luxury padded sun loungers. There is also an George Foreman electric bbq grill. From here there are beautiful views overlooking the 10th Fairway, whilst the pine trees at the boundary of the golf course which keeps it private without restricting the view.
Our villa is a few minutes walk from communal facilities of the clubhouse, pool, tennis court and childrens play area. Berry Town Centre is within walking distance, or a very short drive, from the villa, where you will find a Publix supermarket, take-away/eat-in restaurants (including the very popular Applebees restaurant) and other small stores.

Within walking distance is a small shopping centre with Publix supermarket, take-away/eat in restaurants and small stores, and you are within 15 minutes drive to Disney attractions.
In addition to it's fabulous golf course, Highlands Reserve has a communal swimming pool, tennis court and a children's play area.

The above rates are for the villa rental per week and include taxes. A non-refundable deposit of £100/$200 per week is required with booking form and the balance is due within 8 weeks of arrival at our villa.
Optional Pool/Hot Tub heating is £100/$180 per week if pre-booked, Hot Tub rental (i.e. no pool heat) is £30/$45 per week. During July and August we offer a special summer rate of £65/$100 for pool heat and hot tub rental.
A returnable security deposit of £200/$300 is payable with the final balance, and will be returned upon satisfactory inspection by our local management company.
