A 4-bed, 3-bath villa furnished to a high standard with all the amenities needed for a home-from-home experience for a group of up to 8 guests.
The south facing pool overlooks a wooded conservation area which provides a secluded location in which to relax. The lanai provides a shade during the day, whilst the pool deck allows you to relax in the sun.
The main living area has a relaxed atmosphere, with plenty of space and all the comforts to ensure an enjoyable stay. The open-plan lounge/diner has a cathedral style ceiling and a family dining table. For entertainment there's cable TV, DVD player, video and radio/cassette player. The garage is fitted out with a pool table, air hockey table and a football table.

The villa is situated on the select Cumbrian Lakes development; this is a small gated community that provides a peaceful retreat, but which is only minutes away from the restaurants, shops and theme parks of the Orlando area.
The villa is ideally located for your Florida holiday; it's easy to find and is only 40 minutes from Orlando airport.
There's a large selection of restaurants within 10 minutes of the villa, and there's also a 24-hour Wal-mart within 5 minutes drive.

The major theme parks are all very close; Walt Disney World is 15 minutes away, Universal 30 minutes, Seaworld 15 minutes and Busch Gardens 60 minutes.
The Gulf coast beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg are just over an hour away, as is the Kennedy Space Centre. The Atlantic coast is approx 90 minutes away.
