Our villa, which is south facing, has a central position to the larger than average lake. Very spacious, air conditioned (with ceiling fans for added comfort ) Furnished to a very high standard throughout.
The master bedroom has a Large Queen bed ,large dresser and two nightstands,2 lamps, 50 " T.V /DVD, >An en-suite bathroom,with a separate oval bathtub also a double vanity unit and a large Hollywood style wall mirror plus hairdryer,a separate walk in shower and seperate toilet, a sliding door for extra privacy to the bathroom.
The master bedroom leads onto it's own private sitting room where there is a sofa,hi-fi system and a games table which includes chess, backgammon etc, a cream swival chair,and a beautiful view of the lake.
The second bedroom has a large Queen bed,two nightstands,two lamps,a closet,an armoire with drawers, this also has a flat screen TV.
The third bedroom has twin beds, closet and nightstand, two lamps, also a small table.
All bedlinen and comforters replaced each year
The family bathroom situated between the second and third bedrooms,here you will also find a storage cupboard for towels.Top quality Christy Oddessy towels replaced each year
The large lounge has a two seat sofa and three seat sofa, small tables,telephone and Fibre Optic Hi Speed Internet (wi fi )upgraded cable 65 " TV. and a DVD player several bookcases with brand new books.
The formal dining area has a dark cherry table and chairs and seats six people. and a crystal chanderilier over the table
All rooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern brand new black appliances and small kitchen appliances and has a separate nook area which has an extendable table and four chairs.
In the utility room there is the brand new Samsung washing machine and a brand new separate dryer, iron and ironing board.
The pool (which is south facing) is 35ft long and has two decorative water fountains. It is heatable at an extra cost during the winter months. The large covered lanai (with ceiling fan) provides shade and has a table and four chairs. Sun loungers are also on the pool deck
