Four Bedrooms: The large master suite has a king size bed, ceiling fan, TV, walk-in wardrobe with house safe. Access to the pool / deck is through double sliding doors. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in Roman bath, twin sinks, separate shower and separate WC.
The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, ceiling fan and large wardrobes, and also has access to the pool deck. There is an adjoining bathroom with full size bath with shower, twin sinks and WC.
Two further bedrooms are complete with two single beds in each (one with its own en-suite bathroom) ceiling fans and walk-in wardrobes.
A fold-away cot complete with linen and a booster seat are also supplied for families with small children.
Kitchen: The open plan, fully equipped kitchen includes a double sink with waste disposal unit, microwave oven, full size cooker, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There are extensive work surfaces, a breakfast table and chairs.
Utility Room: Includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and steam iron and a deep wash sink.
Double Garage: An integral garage with electric door and adequate space for two cars.
Living Room: (pictured below) A relaxing L-shaped suite with coffee tables and lamps - a sanctuary when the children are having fun.
Dining Room: This tastefully decorated dining area has a large dining table, eight chairs and access to the kitchen.
Family Room: Relax in comfort with three sofas, coffee tables, television and VCR. This room opens out to the pool / deck through 12ft sliding glass doors and has peaceful views of mature trees and wildlife.
Pool: This south facing, fully screened pool deck, 55ft x 35ft houses a 32ft x 16ft swimming pool, with tables, chairs and loungers.
The pool deck has access to the guest bathroom, family room and master bedroom.

This very spacious, executive pool home is set on a half acre lot, situated in the small, wooded, residential enclave of Doral Woods - on the south side of Kissimmee. The home is within 10 minutes of numerous shops and restaurants and only 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport and less than 1 hour from Sanford International Airport. All the major attractions at Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World are just 15/20 minutes away. Golf courses and horse riding are even closer with a wildlife sanctuary within 10 minutes, Kennedy Space Center and Atlantic beaches are 45 minutes away, while the Gulf of Mexico and its glorious beaches are only a 90 minute drive.
