Villas2000 Inc / LLP offers two membership options:
Standard Membership - this Membership to our website
includes a standard listing of your vacation rental property.
Note with Standard membership you will NOT
be able to place any special or late availability offers on our "Special
Offers/Late Availability" page (for that feature see Premium membership). Standard Membership cost is $106.00 (£66.00).
Premium Membership - Same as Standard BUT you can also
include special offers and late availability on our "Special
Offers/Late Availability" page.
Premium Membership cost is $140.00 (£88.00)
Renew For 2 Years and Save
2 Years Standard Membership (on your 1st property listing)
US $186 (save $26) or UK £115 (save £17)
Renew For 2 Years and Save
2 Years Premium Membership (on your 1st property listing)
US $245 (save $35) or UK £150 (save £26)
If you list more than one property with us then you will
be entitled to a discount on your second and subsequent listings.
Discounts - If you are renewing the listing for your second or
subsequent property that is listed at our website then you are entitled to
a discount. The discount is $26 off the yearly fee i.e. $80
(£50) for Standard, $114 (£70) Premium. This discount only applies
to those owners listing more than one property with us where the first
property listing has paid the full rate of membership.
