This beautifully appointed 5 bedroom villa, comfortably sleeps up to 10 but we are happy to have just a couple or more and give you a great price. It has 2 lounges, a super large pool table, luxury fitted kitchen and splendid bedrooms for all ages. Add to this a lovely swimming pool area next to a large lake and you have the perfect holiday home to relax in.
The first lounge has a large 55" cable TV with DVD/CD player and VCR and digital DVR service. Full high speed wireless internet, free phone calls to the USA and Canada. It has patio doors to the beautiful large electrically heated floodlit pool with a night light for that evening swim. The pool with its extended decking area is covered by a large lanai and is situated right on the edge of a lake, perfect for watching wildlife on the water. Extensive luxury patio furniture for dining al fresco, under shade or in the sun, it’s your choice. There is a dining table, sun loungers and chairs for relaxing. There is a removable child safety barrier ensuring complete safety for children.
The second lounge with high vaulted ceilings has a cable TV and a compendium of board games. To keep everyone happy there is a fantastic fully equipped pool table to ensure you are all kept entertained.
The master bedroom overlooks the pool and lake and has an American King size bed, cable TV and is beautifully furnished. The large ensuite bathroom has a bath/tub, double shower, twin hand vanities, separate toilet and a huge walk in wardrobe.Linens and towels are provided.
The second bedroom is also beautifully furnished with an American Queen size bed and has a cable TV. There are 3 further bedrooms each with twin beds and a second bathroom. All bedrooms have radio alarm clocks.
The kitchen is spacious and very fully fitted, including a large fridge with an automatic ice maker and dining areas for ALL.
There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer for all your laundry needs, iron and ironing board, ceiling fans throughout the house, telephone with free phone calls to all of USA and Canada, full high speed wireless internet and a double garage. Also available for your use is the large community swimming pool, two floodlit tennis courts, full size basketball court, sand volleyball court and children’s play area.

Many Spring training baseball teams practice close by, Pittsburgh Pirates being one at the newly named Lecom Park.
