Comfortable lounge area with large sliding doors giving direct access to pool, large flat screen TV. Formal dining area with table seating 6. Further breakfast table seating 6 for more relaxed dining. Den/office with double sofa bed, fax and copier.

Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher and waste disposal.

Separate utility room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, butler sink, Dyson vacuum cleaner and lining basket.

Calusa is near to the Port Charlotte Mall, approx 20 mins driving time. There are extensive restaurants in Englewood, Port Charlotte and surrounding areas.

Tampa International airport is 1.5 hrs away
Orlando International 2.5 hrs
Miami International 3.5 hrs
Fort Myers and Sarasota approx 50 mins drive
Car hire is essential when renting Calusa.

Saturdays are the preferred change over days, however we can be flexible. Check in 4pm, check out 11am unless by prior arrangement. Minimum rental 7 days.

Discounts will be considered for rentals of min 2 months For the months of Jan/Feb/Mar a minimum of 1 month rental will be accepted.In addition to the rental price, a fee of GBP 195.00 will be added to the balance for villa cleaning at the end of your stay, BBQ cleaning is not included in this fee and will be taken from security deposit if the BBQ is not cleaned before you leave. Electric pool/spa heat is included in the price.
