Summary
4 bedroom villa (sleeps 8) with south facing private pool. A villa stay is truly the best way to enjoy Florida's theme parks and attractions. Our home is privately owned and is maintained to the highest standards. Indian Ridge Oaks, a quiet, wooded resort is one of the closest communities to Disney and features a large swimming pool, tennis courts and children's playpark. The spacious living and sleeping accommodation is complemented by a games room with pool table, air hockey and foosball. The villa has 4 bedrooms, master en-suite, air conditioning, TVs, games room, private and community pools, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, breakfast area, washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, patio furniture, internet access, high chair and travel cot, etc.
Location
Please consider location when making your choice as the traffic and the numerous lights in Kissimmee can increase travelling times to Disney considerably, especially in the morning and evening 'rush hours'! Our 4 bed luxury villa is on one of the closest resorts to Disney (Indian Ridge Oaks), literally less than 4 miles away from Disney Maingate, 2 miles down the 545 from the 192 from the main restaurants. From the point you join the 192, you can see the 1 mile sign for Disney. Close enough to pop out for breakfast and back to the villa again to get ready for the rest of the day.
We are also very close to the I4 for Sea World, Universal Studios, heading for the beach or getting to the numerous shopping malls.
Families
The villa is ideal for 2 families sharing as each set of bedrooms is grouped around a bathroom. The en-suite has his and her basins, a deep bath and a separate shower. We have young children ourselves and are well aware of the hard work it is when taking children and all their luggage on holiday. For this reason, we have provided an extensive range of toys, Disney beanies, dolls, games and books. The villa is single storey so there is no need to worry about little ones on the stairs. A travel cot/crib and high chair are provided for your use. The sliding patio doors are alarmed to stop unaccompanied children from wandering out to the pool area.
Management company
There is a local management company who will deal with all the practical details and any issues/questions you might have once you get to Orlando.
