Large double doors lead into the Florida great room with tall cathedral ceiling and beautiful tropical Bahaman revolving fans. This oversized family room features fully retractable triple sliding doors opening out to the sun deck and dining area allowing for the Florida outdoor lifestyle to be fully integrated with the indoors.

The family area has two large sofas, leather armchairs, large-screen TV, DVD and sound system. With sliding glass doors on three sides, the morning room offers relaxing views of the water.

An airy "Florida style" modern décor features comfortable armchair and chaise lounge – perfect for relaxing and easing into the day. An open-plan kitchen with center isle and breakfast bar features stainless steel stove, dishwasher and marble counter tops. The well-equipped kitchen includes all major appliances including microwave oven and refrigerator – a separate utility room has family size washer and dryer. The morning room is equipped with a full size glass top family dining table with seating for six and spectacular views across the waterway.

Master en-suite bedroom features double sliding doors to the pool area, king-size “island-style” bed, overhead Bahaman fans, walk in closets, TV, DVD - the large en-suite bathroom has fully-tiled step-in shower, twin vanity units, toilet and bidet.
NOTE: The master en-suite bathroom also has an additional connecting door to bedroom 2 and can be used exclusively with the master bedroom or as a shared en-suite bathroom between master and bedroom 2
