I own a 1BR & 2BR condo, both upper level units. Our intimate, 12 unit complex is nestled between natural woods and a Butterfly Park. Our condominium complex is located directly across the street from the beach (with immediate beach access), yet close enough to hear the waves lap the shore during evenings on the lanai. Both units have full size appliances, updated furnishings, and ceramic tile throughout. Our attention to detail is evident throughout, helping to ensure a memorable experience. Most upper units enjoy a peak of the gulf, if not a full gulf view. For the convenience of our traveling guests, units come equipped with all the necessary beach supplies -and then some! If you want serenity, then Longboat Key's private beaches are simply the best, providing the perfect, intimate setting for our legendary sunsets at the close of each day. We are less than a 5 minute drive to St. Armand's Circle, an exquisite shopping and dining paradise. One more mile inland is Downtown Sarasota, an artist's mecca, rich in its diversity of dining, shopping and live theater. Art enthusiasts will delight in the many galleries within walking distance to downtown Sarasota, featuring both local and prominent artists. Sarasota is also the proud home to the world-renowned collection at The Ringling Museum.
