Our beautifully furnished villa has 3 main bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, outside pool with pool cage and lanai. The master bedroom, which enjoys access to the pool and lanai area, has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and a large en-suite bathroom with luxury corner spa bath, large shower and twin vanity units. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has twin beds. These two bedrooms share the family bathroom. The den has a 32" Flat screen TV, Blu-Ray player with Wi-fi streaming and also a sofa-bed. The villa is equipped with high speed Internet and Wi-fi for your convenience and there are two telephones offering free local calls.
Our secluded outdoor solar heated pool has a child safety guard and the pool deck is fully equipped with patio furniture, sunloungers and a gas barbecue. Sanderling is fully air-conditioned with additional ceiling fans in all major rooms. The kitchen is well equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, cooker and hi-fi system. All bedlinen, bathroom and kitchen towels are provided and there is a separate utility room with washer and tumble dryer. The double garage has an automatic door opener for your convenience. Our local professional Management Company will look after you during your stay.
If you are looking for a secluded, restful place to stay, with perhaps golfing facilities nearby, this is the villa for you as Sanderling backs onto greenbelt and beyond that, Long Marsh Golf course, the main entrance to which is just around the corner! Beautiful sandy beaches are only a 15 minute drive away, with freshwater and sea fishing available from local marinas. If you like serious shopping, Port Charlotte has a large mall plus multi-screen cinema and is just 20 minutes away. Tennis is available at the nearby Rotonda Community park, which also has a childrens' play area. Eating out is a friendly, pleasant experience here and you will find many delightful restaurants in Englewood and Port Charlotte.
Area Information, Attractions & Distances
Many major Theme Parks, such as Disneyworld, MGM, Universal etc are just two and a half hours' drive away, then you can return to the peace and quiet of our secluded home! Busch Gardens at Tampa is one and half hours away and the Everglades can be reached in about two hours.
£475 - £565 per week depending on season. Deposit of £250 required on booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to start of your holiday. Discount for 3 weeks or over. Payments by cheque accepted in both UK pounds and US dollars. Dollar rates available on request.
Refundable security deposit of £100 due with the final balance. This will be returned within 2 weeks of departure less any significant breakages or excessive cleaning.
