Our brand new stunning 6 bedroom 5.5 bathroom executive home will accommodate up to 14 people (12 adults + 2 infants). The villa has an impressive 3473 sq.ft. of Air-Conditioned luxurious living space, and is the largest home in the ‘beach’ series.
The interior of the villa has been designed and furnished to a very high standard by professional Interior Designers – we were absolutely delighted when we stepped through the door on our first visit to the villa.
The property boasts 6 good sized bedrooms, 4 of them being en-suite and bedrooms 5 and 6 sharing an inter-connecting bathroom, making the home ideal for 2 or even 3 families to share. All bedrooms have a cable TV.
GAMES ROOM
For the days our guests don’t fancy going to the parks, we have had the garage professionally equipped with an 8ft. Slate Bed Pool Table, 7ft Air Hockey Table, Fooseball and Electronic Darts.
POOL DECK
On the extended Pool Deck you will find an oversized 30ft. X 15ft South facing Pool and Spa, both of which can be heated for your comfort in the Winter months. There is a covered lanai with a table and seating for 6 so our guests can enjoy alfresco dining. We have also provided 6 Sun Loungers for use by the Pool.
GROUND FLOOR
Living Room – This is a large spacious room with its light and airy feel where you can relax after a busy day visiting the attractions of Florida.
Formal Dining Room – The elegant Dining Room is perfect for a formal meal prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, or even that take out meal you picked up on your way back to the villa. This dining room has seating for 6.
Family Room – This large bright room overlooks the pool and houses a 50” large screen Cable TV, DVD Player with a selection of films and a Playstation 3 console with a small selection of games.
Dining Nook – The dining nook is our 2nd dining area with a large table and seating for 6 is ideal for enjoying those leisurely breakfasts before heading off to the Parks.
Kitchen – The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need for your stay – An American Fridge Freezer with ice and water dispenser, Oven and Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Blender, Hand Mixer, Cookware, Silverware, Crockery and Glassware. We have also provided plastic Tumblers for use on the Pool Deck.
FIRST FLOOR
Master Suite 1 – Has an American King size bed, dresser, mirror, 2 night stands with lamps, 37” Cable TV, walk-in wardrobe with safe for your valuables. Telephone and Ceiling Fan. In this room we also supply a crib (with bedding)
En-Suite Bathroom 1 – With Cultured marbled vanities, corner bath, walk-in shower, separate WC and hairdryer.
Master Suite 2 – Has an American King size bed, dresser, mirror, 2 night stands with lamps, 32” Cable TV, wardrobe and ceiling fan.
En-Suite Bathroom 2 – With cultured marble vanity, corner bath, walk-in shower, separate WC and hairdryer.
Master Suite 3 – Has an American Kingsize bed, chest of drawers, mirror, 2 night stands with lamps, 32” cable TV, wardrobe and ceiling fan.
En-Suite Bathroom 3 – With cultured marble vanity, walk-in shower and WC.
Queen Suite 4 – Has a Queen size bed, mirror, 2 night stands with lamps, 32” cable TV, wardrobe and ceiling fan.
En-Suite Bathroom 4 – With cultured marble vanity, walk-in shower, WC and hairdryer.
Bedroom 5 – Has 2 twin beds, chest of drawers, mirror, 1 night stand with lamp, wardrobe and ceiling fan.

Bathroom 5 – This bathroom is shared with bedrooms 5 & 6 – with cultured marble vanity, walk-in shower and WC.
LAUNDRY
The laundry room can be found on the 1st floor and houses the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

For all you golf enthusiasts, there are numerous golf courses close by, one being Providence which is next door to Watersong – Champions Gate and Reunion are both within a 10 minute drive.
The Club house at Watersong features a large gathering room, cyber cafe, gym, large swimming pool, spa, mini golf, volley ball courts and a childrens playground – all free for our guests to use.
Our stunning vacation home features an oversized 30ft x 15ft South facing swimming pool and spa and there are no rear neighbours, so you can relax around the pool and enjoy the Florida sunshine.
