Bright living room with patio doors to pool. 37" TV, DVD player, telephone, wifi. Queen sofabed. Coffee table opens to reveal board games. Dining table and chairs for 6, plus table linen.

10 minutes drive to Sea World and Aquatica.
20 minutes drive to Universal Studios, Wet n Wild, and International Drive.
20 minutes drive from Mall of Millenia, Florida Mall, Prime Outlet.
Celebration and Kissimmee old town are close by and well worth a visit.
Coast/Beach
Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral and Daytona Beach on the Atlantic Coast are approximately 50 minutes away by car. On the west coast about 1 hour's drive are several beautiful beaches including Clearwater and St Petes. The Marina at Sarasota is a must for boat lovers and anyone wanting to try deep sea fishing.
Golf
There are many top class golf courses close to our holiday home, including the well known Orange Lake, which has 72 holes and is less than 2 minutes from the resort. Golf is also available inside Disney World.
Travel
The resort is 20 minutes away from Orlando International Airport and 45 minutes away from Orlando Sanford Airport. |

There is A/C and heating throughout the house. There are ceiling fans in the living rooms and bedrooms. There is ample parking at the front of the house. The private pool and patio area is covered with a large insect screen and has a retractable childproof safety fence. The pool has a heater which may be used - an additional charge is made for this. The patio has a table and chairs/loungers

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is to be paid on booking. A security deposit of £200 (returnable), to be held against damage is also required on booking. We can accept payment with Pay Pal or personal cheque. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks before departure. Late and long term discounts are available.
