Our luxury well equipped condominium/apartment is located in Coral Falls in the south east corner of the beautiful Golf Community of Lely Resort, Naples, Florida . It is the ideal location for golfers and non golfers alike. Conveniently located in east Naples , it is a mere 10 - 15 minute drive to Marco Island, downtown Naples, beaches and the Everglades - giving you easy access to the best that the area can offer. We are also a 10 minute walk to the local shopping area (which has a large supermarket, Kmart etc.).
Coral Falls is in a quiet location and consists of only 3 buildings (2 – 4 storeys high), which were completed between 2003 and 2005. The resort has its own pool (heated in winter months) and spa with locker and shower facilities. In addition there is a large grassed picnic area with Chickee/Tikki huts and BBQ's that guests are free to use. The rear is surrounded by a lush natural woodland area giving it a tranquil feel.
With walkways / bicycle paths all around the Lely resort (many adjacent to the golf courses) guests can explore at their leisure. The golf clubhouse has a restaurant which all guests (golfers and non golfers) are welcome to use.
Golf in Lely Resort - The resort is centered around 3 fantastic golf courses. The Classics (designed by Gary Player) is private, the other two championship courses - The Flamingo Island and The Mustang are open to the public all year round. The Flamingo course was designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr, The Mustang by Lee Trevino with both courses ranking amongst the best in the area. Rates vary depending on season but in the summer months can be as low as $35 a round including golf cart. Clubs can be hired and there is also a practice range.

The condo which was completed in 2005, is in a prime position on the top (4th) floor, overlooking at the rear, the pool and the Tikki huts/picnic area. Well equipped, it has cable TV with HD Channels, HBO and free movies and programmes on demand; Hi-speed wi-fi internet access and free calls throughout the US and to Canada. Being on the top floor, it benefits from having vaulted ceilings (14½' high) giving it a light and airy feel. The total footage is 1,100 sq feet.
The lanai/balcony that can be accessed from the main living area and the master bedroom, is extra large at 12½ x 7½' and has seating for 4. It faces west and with concrete walls on both sides it ensures privacy.
The open plan main living area consists of a great room with sitting area, dining and kitchen areas.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large fridge freezer (with ice machine), dishwasher, waste disposal, microwave etc.. It also has a small breakfast table that sits two people. All crockery etc. is provided.
The main sitting area, with sliding doors leading out to the lanai has a settee and chair which can comfortably seat four, a large TV, DVD/ video player and music center.
With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the condo comfortably accommodates a maximum of 4 persons. The master bedroom has a 6' king size bed, TV, its own bathroom and sliding doors that lead directly onto the lanai. The master bathroom has a 3' x 5' walk in shower, double sink and a large 5½' x 6½' walk in closet (wardrobe). The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, with the guest bathroom benefitting from a bath with shower over.
A wi-fi connection is available.

Note: Unlike many condominiums in the Naples area, weekly rentals are allowed. We accept payment in US $ or Sterling (UK residents).

Beaches - Marco and Naples beaches (10 -15 minutes)

10 minutes to Naples Famous Tin City where you can eat overlooking the water or just wander around the many small individual shops.

Sail on the "Naples Princess" (at Tin City) or the "Marco Princess" (at the Marco Marina) for sightseeing tours, evening cruise with meal etc.

Fishing (including deep sea and backwater fishing trips - again from Tin City or Marco Marina

Zoo/Wildlife park in Naples

Naples Conservancy Center (which includes a 15 minute boat ride)

Horse Riding in the Mangroves (a 10 minutes drive away at M & H Stables)

Shopping - e.g. Coast land Mall 15 minutes away, Prime Outlets factory stores 5 minutes away and there is the very large Miromar Factory Outlet center 25 minutes away

Take a trip on the Naples or Marco Trolley buses (the nearest stop being at the local shopping area) to take a tour and learn all about the area

In season (winter months) take a ferry to Key West from Marco Island, stay for a day or overnight.
