The third bedroom has 2 single beds, a dresser, closet, bed side table with lamp and overhead fan.
The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom which has a bath with shower, toilet, wash basin, hairdryer, vanity units and access to/from the pool deck.
The living area is comfortably furnished with two 3 seater sofas, a formal dining set, a casual dining set, lamps, coffee table, sofa table, drinks unit, CD player with a selection of CDs, TV unit housing TV, DVD player and recorder, a selection of DVDs and a ‘mini library’ containing a good selection of hardback and paperback books.
The open plan kitchen has a large fridge freezer which dispenses ice and filtered water, a microwave, oven/stove, electric kettle, indoor grill, coffee maker, toaster, and lots of cupboards filled with crockery and kitchen utensils – in fact everything you could possibly need from a pizza cutter to a liquidiser.
The utility room contains a large capacity washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
The double patio doors in the living area lead out to the lanai which has 2 overhead fans, a large table and chairs for alfresco dining.
The large pool (28’x14’) can be electrically heated (extra charge depending on time of year).
There is a spacious sun deck with comfortable loungers and chairs and a barbeque for your use.
The lanai, pool and sun deck are all protected from insects with a screened enclosure which will still allow you to tan.
The outdoor area is extremely pleasant and comfortable and quite private.
The double garage has a remote controlled door opener, sink, spare beach/patio chairs, clothes airers and 2 SETS OF GOLF CLUBS available free of charge by prior arrangement.

Pine Island Beach has excellent facilities and is just 10 minutes away, as is Bayport where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. Weeki Wachi Springs Water Park is less then 5 minutes away.
A cinema, several major supermarkets and numerous restaurants and shops are all conveniently located nearby.
