With 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, this elegant and spacious vacation home is perfect for family groups, sleeping up to 13 guests. The Villa has a spacious family room to relax in together during the day or evening, luxurious furnishings, sumptuous sofas, a large screen cable TV, DVD player and surround sound stereo system, free wi-fi and unlimited telephone calls worldwide. Your family can enjoy the evenings together as you can watch your favorite movie, or listen to the music that you love (you'll have to bring it!). There's also a separate lounge area providing extra space for the kids to play, or for that peaceful haven to get away from it all.

Step outside from the family room, under the cool and shaded lanai, and enjoy the Floridian sunshine as you have fun together in our sparkling, crystal clear private pool as you look out over the lake to the rear. Or why not sit in the spa pool to let the soothing bubbles relax you as you listen to the water cascade in to the main pool after an exciting day at the theme parks,there's nothing better! The pool area is provided with a removable safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been provided with additional safety locks and switchable alarms.

Or maybe you would like some fun time together with the kids - playing in our fully equipped games room, with an air-hockey table, electronic darts board, foosball table and pool table to enjoy?!

Sleeping accommodation at Just Dreamin' Villa includes four master bedroom suites, each with a king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, clock/radio/alarm, telephone, dresser and cable TV with DVD player, closet space, plus each has a private master bathroom with vanity basins,bath, shower and toilet. The last 2 bedrooms are great for kids. The 'Neptune' room provides 2 twin beds, together with nightstands, cable TV, closet space. The 'Mickey' room provides bunk-beds sleeping 3 (double bed beneath and single on top), cable TV, nightstand, and both share a nearby bathroom.

The spacious kitchen has been fully equipped with everything that you could possibly want to prepare a family feast or a quick snack. Let the family eat together at our separate dining area, or choose to snack at the breakfast nook off the kitchen.



The pool areas offers privacy with some Florida glass screening to the side neighbours so you can enjoy the view to the lake and enjoy the company of your family without being overlooked.

Just Dreamin' villa is perfectly located on the exclusive Seasons community, less than 5.5 miles from Walt Disney World and minutes from some of the best shops and restaurants in central Florida. It is located 4 miles south of highway 192, the main thorughfare through Kissimmee with excellent links to Disney Wold (within 10 minutes) and 5 miles from the junction with I4 leading to International Drive and Universal Studios.
