The villa is situated in a beautiful well kept community close to Highway 192. To reach the villa turn off Highway 192 at Wal-Mart (marker 15) on to Bass Road and you will find Country Creek Estates approximately 600m on your left.

Most of the furnishings in the Villa have now been replaced to give it a more modern look and feel. The villa offers high standard family accommodation and is furnished to provide comfort and all that you need for a relaxing stay with us in Orlando.

One of its most appealing features is the west facing lakefront 40ft swimming pool spa and deck that catches the sun in the summer months from 10am in the morning until it sets in the evening. The villa is not overlooked and there is generous space and fruit trees between our neighbouring villas ensuring a private and tranquil outlook for our visitors. What better way to relax in the evening after an exhausting day or, on a day off from visiting the theme parks.

This air conditioned villa comprising 1650 square ft has 3 bedrooms,1 king room, 1 queen room and 1 twin room that will comfortably sleep 6 people. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge that will sleep a further 2 people. The open plan lounge and dining room has been completely refurnished with new modern light furnishings. We have also installed a new LCD cabled television for your entertainment. The fully fitted kitchen and breakfast area is well equiped with everything you will need for your stay.

We have also installed a new Compaq PC, printer and high speed wireless internet for your personal use and we offer free international calls to the US and UK.

Approximately 15 minutes drive to all Disney theme parks, 20 minutes to Seaworld and 25 minutes to Universal Studios, making this area a very popular location for visitors to Orlando. There are various restaurants and bars located within a 1 mile radius on the 192, some of them within walking distance, and the villa is located approx 600 yards from a Wal-mart superstore which is open for your convenience 24/7 all year round. For the golf enthusiast, there are many golf courses only a short drive away.
