Our brand new luxury air-conditioned villa enjoys wonderful lake views to the side and rear, which you can enjoy, from the covered pool and spa area and the opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable sunset. The villa boasts three newly decorated spacious double bedrooms including a master suite with ensuite and a well-appointed bathroom.

A ‘den’ offers additional sleeping accommodation taking the capacity to 8 persons if required.

The fully equipped kitchen looks over the open plan living and dining area giving a perfect family space. The living area includes a sumptuous curved leather sofa for guests comfort and wall mounted plazma TV. The games room with full-size pool table will provide hours of entertainment for both adults and children. We also have high speed internet access just in case you need it.

The River Strand 27 hole golf course is minutes walk from the villa and as our guests you will be able to play unlimited golf at your leisure for a membership transfer fee.

Our villa is superbly located to allow you to enjoy a taste of all that Florida has to offer. There are many interesting and enjoyable activities available in the local area. Located just 90 minutes from Orlando and the Disney and Universal Studios theme parks and just over half an hour from Busch Gardens our villa is the perfect base for a family holiday.

Just five minutes drive from our community are a number of restaurants and bars for you to choose from. There is also a large supermarket and gas station.

Anna Maria Island is well worth a visit with stunning white sand beaches and clear emerald ocean views.
No family trip to the sunshine state would be complete without a trip to Busch Gardens in Tampa or to Orlando and its awesome theme parks, only 90 minutes drive from our villa.
