Westridge is a gated community located off highway US27. The community comprises well-spaced properties and is a quiet, peaceful, well-maintained and well-lit neighbourhood.

The property consists of an open plan kitchen with cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. It is equipped to the highest standard, including use of cot and high chair, together with a washing machine and dryer. There is cable TV in all bedrooms and living area, 2 DVD players, 2 VCR’s and a PS2. There are four bedrooms, a master with en-suite bathroom, a second master with en-suite bathroom, and two twin bedded rooms sharing the third bathroom.

A comfortable lounge, formal dining room and breakfast nook complete the living accommodation.

There is a fantastic south-facing heated pool, which has just been newly refurbished, overlooking the retention area and which features an extended deck area, with access via patio doors from the lounge, which are alarmed for extra safety, or via the en-suite to the master bedroom. It is furnished with chairs and sun loungers for all year Florida sunshine. Pool heating is available at extra cost, and is recommended for the months from October to April.

There is also a pool table and air hockey table for added entertainment!

All guests have free use of the Westridge clubhouse, together with the communal pool, children's play area, lit tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, fitness gym and internet access

The property is well placed near highway US192 and the I-4, making the Disney attractions, Sea World, Universal Studios, International Drive and the Florida Mall well within an easy 15 to 30 minute drive.

The surf beaches of the Atlantic Coast, together with the Kennedy Space Station are approximately one hour away, and the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a little further distant.

For the golf enthusiasts there is a par 72, 18 hole course just minutes away and a choice of approximately 20 other courses, including Greg Norman's Champions Gate complex, all within an easy drive.

Orlando International Airport is a little over 30 minutes away, and Sanford Airport approximately one hour's drive.
