Situated in a beautiful, quiet and well kept community of Tuscan Hills, located on US27 and 1 mile south from HWY 192, allowing convenient access to all theme parks, golf courses, restaurants, shopping centres, beaches and all of Florida.

VILLA ACCOMMODATION
Living Room
Relax and chill out in the living room, which comprises of a 3 seater sofa, that coverts into a double bed, 2 seater sofa, large television connected to cable TV with over 75 channels and DVD / Video Player.

Dining Room
Adjacent to the living room is the dining room, which comprises of a large dining table, which can be extended to accommodate up to 8 people, six dining chairs and two bar stools beside a breakfast bar.

Kitchen
Off the dining room is a fully fitted luxury kitchen, which is well equipped with a cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer , double sink, garbage disposal, kettle, coffee maker and toaster. In addition to the electrical appliances outlined above, the kitchen contains a full set of crockery, cutlery, glassware, saucepans, storage jars etc. providing you with all your needs for wining and dining.

Master Bedroom
This room comprises of a king size bed, en suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and cable television. The en suite bathroom off the master bedroom contains a double shower, twin sinks, linen closet, hair dryer and toilet.

Bedroom 2
This room comprises of a queen size bed, walk-in wardrobe and cable television. Next to Bedroom 2 there is a bathroom which contains a bath, shower, sink unit, hair dryer and toilet. This Bathroom is shared with Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3
This room comprises of two twin beds, walk-in wardrobe and cable television. Next to Bedroom 3 there is a bathroom which contains a bath, shower, sink unit, hair dryer and toilet. This Bathroom is shared with Bedroom 2.

Patio Area
As you exit the villa to the pool area, there is a covered patio area, with a ceiling fan to keep you cool when the sun gets too hot. There is a full set of patio furniture with cushions, 4 chairs, patio table and 2 reclining lounge chairs. Also, the covered patio area contains a light, which allows you to eat and drink outside during the evenings, whilst relaxing in the warm climate.

Swimming Pool
To the rear of the villa is a large swimming pool, measuring 24 feet by 15 feet, which has a light should you wish to take a swim in the evening. In addition to the pool, there is a nine foot decking area, which provides the perfect space for relaxing and enjoying the pool area. Surrounding the pool area is a pool cage that allows the sun to come in, yet keeping the bugs out. As the villa is on corner plot, the lower portion of the pool cage has frosted glass for added privacy.

Approximately 30 minutes drive to Orlando International Airport (MCO) and 50 minutes from Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB), this superb location gives you the best of both worlds; quiet location to relax and enjoy the fantastic Florida weather in a tranquil environment, yet minutes from the busy shops, restaurants and city life.

Orlando is famous for its vast number of Golf Courses, some of which are close by. Just five miles away is the Championsgate Golfing Resort, which was designed by Greg Norman and beside the World Head Quarters of the David Leadbetter Academy.

One hours drive, either east or west of Orlando, you will find beautiful sandy beaches. To the west, is the gulf coast beaches, which have white sandy beaches at St Petersburg and Clearwater. To the east, are the Atlantic Coast beaches of Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach and Cocoa Beach.
