The villa is situated in Indian Ridge Oaks, Kissimmee, a community that has its own large swimming pool and tennis courts near the entrances. The community is a mixture of both permanent residents and vacation homes. It is less than a 10-minute drive from the villa to Disney World and about an hour from both east and west coasts of Florida. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are about a 5-minute drive away.

The home is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms villa that is fully air-conditioned, with a secluded, south facing private pool (which can be heated) within a screened lanai.
The villa, owned by the same owners since new, is constantly being refurbished and within the past two years new beds and furniture have been put in the master bedroom and the front double bedroom along with new lounge furniture. Also the whole of the living area, the kitchen and the 2 bathrooms have newly tiled floors.
The master bedroom has an american king-sized bed and an en-suite with his and hers vanity units, a large shower cubicle as well as a “garden tub” walk-in bath. The master bedroom also has a large walk-in clothes closet, a television and a telephone. The front bedroom has a queen-sized bed (equivalent of uk king-size) and the two other bedrooms have 2 single beds in each. All these bedrooms have plenty of storage space and wardrobes. A second family bathroom has a bath and a shower.
In the living area are a three and two-seater sofa in addition to a single armchair. There is also a television (cable), a VCR and a music centre. To the side of the living area is a large dining room table and 6 chairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, a gas cooker and oven, microwave, waste disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. Also provided are all necessary crockery and cutlery as well as many pots and pans. Within this area is also another table and 4 dining chairs. At the back of the kitchen behind some folding doors is an automatic washing machine and tumble dryer. Also in the villa is an iron and an ironing board as well as a clothes line that can be put up in the garage.
The large pool area is south facing so has the sun all of the day and enclosed with a screened lanai. The whole area is private with panels on each side and a hedge at the back so as not to be overlooked. By the pool are two cushioned sun loungers and two cushioned lounging chairs in addition to which is a round table and four cushioned chairs in the covered area. Outside of the lanai is a barbecue on a concrete standing area.

The villa is within easy reach of all of Orlando and Kissimmee attractions as well as numerous golf courses. Shops and restaurants also within easy reach. The villa is idea for family and/or golfing holidays
