Location

Our beautiful home is located in the peaceful community of West Haven. You will have privacy of enjoying your own south facing private swimming pool and jacuzzi.
West Haven is a secure gated community accessed through an attractive landscaped boulevard and is easily one of the very best locations around. All attractions are easily accessed and the Disney gates are just 10 minutes away.
Orlando International Airport is about a 40 minute drive. Sanford International 50 minute drive, and Tampa is 1 hour drive.
The Shire will have it's own Club House which will include a communal pool, games room, volley ball pitch, tennis courts and childrens playground. All of which is due to be finished Summer 2008.

Description

Our home features 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8, 2 of which are masters, (1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 2 bedrooms with twin beds). Both Masters have luxurious ensuites. All the bedrooms have TV's and DVD Players and the Main Master also has a telephone. The third bathroom is located between the two twin bedrooms.
There is a Games Room in the garage with a Full size Slate Top Pool Table, Foosball. The swimming pool and jacuzzi is South facing so you have sun on the pool deck from sun rise to sun down. ***FREE TELEPHONE CALLS TO UK USA LANDLINE NUMBERS ONLY*** Our Villa is well looked after by our management company so you can reach them 7 days a week 24hrs a day 365 days a year.

Busch Gardens is approx 1hr away.

Champions gate is approx 2-3 Mins away, which has a champion Golf Course and Shops

You don't have to travel very far before you reach all different shops, restaurants and Bars.

May, June, Sept, Oct - £475/$890 Per Week

July, August, Easter & Xmas - £525/$1075 Per Week

Our cancellation policy

Period Prior to Cancellation - Cancellation Fee Charged

6 Weeks Prior 25% deposit

2 - 6 Weeks Prior 50% of full rental cost

Within 2 Weeks of start date 100% of rental cost

Deposits - 25% of Balance.

Security Deposits - $350.00 this is payable to our management company and will be refunded when the cleaners have checked the villa after departure.

Balance is due 10 Weeks Prior to Arrival

Pool Heating - £85.00 per week. Recommended October-March.

Last minute special,bookings for May and June 2008 get an amazing 10% off our usual prices when you book for 3 weeks or more.
If your arrival date is less than 8 weeks away then ask us for a last minute special quote.
We offer a huge discount if we have availability for last minute bookings.
