Magical Stay is a suberb 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom family villa, located in the prestigious gated development of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. Our home was completed just last year and offers nearly 3,000 square feet of fabulous living accommodation. The layout is ideally suited to a large family group or two families sharing.

With two master suites on the ground floor, three twins (one en-suite) and one further bathroom on the first floor, large living accommodation (including private den / bedroom 6) and a south-east facing pool / spa with large deck, it is the perfect place for your well earned vacation.

The villa has been furnished throughout to the highest standard. Cable TV is available in all rooms offering numerous channels including BBC America and some English sport. Magical Stay is also equipped with wireless broadband and an 'office' area, enabling you to plug in your lap-top to catch up on email or view the news and weather 'back home'.

A games room has just been completed so your family will be able to enjoy pool, foosball, air hockey and basketball after your day at the parks!

The large pool deck area has been screened to provide a bug free environment. The child safety fence can be removed for adult groups. The pool and spa are lit to provide a peaceful ambience in the evening.

Situated alongside the beautiful and natural 'Tower Lake' in central Florida, the new gated community of 'Calabay Parc at Tower Lake' offers facilities and holiday villas which are the envy of other vacation communities. Being located south on the US27 from the I4 means you can be at the gates of Disney in just 15 minutes without getting stuck in jams on the 192.

For golf lovers, Magical Stay is located just a few minutes drive from a number of excellent golf courses, including Champions Gate, where there is a PGA Championship Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman.

In the area are 24 hour supermarkets, numerous restaurants, takeaways and delivery services. Our Management Company are close by to assist you with any queries you may have during your stay.

Magical Stay is the perfect place to return to at the end of your day in the theme parks or on the golf course. The new Games Room will keep the younger family members entertained while the adults relax. You have all the comforts of home and when the children go to bed you can chill out around the pool or relax in the integral spa.


Living Area
The open-plan lounge area has a light airy feel with a high ceiling and access to the pool deck.
There is plenty of space to accommodate the whole family with comfortable sofas and cable TV.
There is air-conditioning throughout the villa.

Dining
There are three dining areas. Inside you have the choice of a family dining room or informal breakfast nook and breakfast bar. Outdoors you can dine under the lanai with the added comfort of a ceiling fan.

Kitchen & Breakfast Nook
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the gadgets, crockery, cutlery and utensils you require you need to look after the whole family’s culinary needs. There is a large oven, hob, microwave and, of course, an American size fridge.

Second Reception Room
The den is a perfect space for the kids to unwind after a day in the parks with cable tv. This self-contained room can also double up as a 6th bedroom.

Games Room
The games room has been installed just this year and consists of a 7' pool table, air hockey, electronic basketball and foosball (table football)

Master Bedroom Suite
The large ground floor master suite contains a king size bed and premium furnishings. There are “his and hers” walk in closets providing all the space you need. The luxury bathroom has a corner bath, two mirrored vanity areas and access to the huge walk-in shower. The master suite also connects directly to the pool deck.

Master Bedroom 2
Also on the ground floor, this suite contains a queen size bed and premium quality furniture. There is plenty of closet space and an ensuite bathroom.

Bedrooms 3/4/5
These rooms occupy the first floor and share two further bathrooms (which are organized to be either ensuite or shared). Each room contains twin beds and high quality furniture.
There is plenty of closet space in each room.

Laundry
Fully equipped laundry room with washing machine and tumble-dryer.

Upstairs nook
The upstairs landing area has been fully kitted out with a desk and chair making it the perfect place to hook up to the internet or email friends back home.

Swimming Pool & Spa
Outside, the pool deck area has been extended and is screened to provide a bug free environment. The pool deck features a child safety screen, which can be removed for adult groups. A shaded area can also be found under the lanai. The pool has lights to provide a peaceful ambience in the evening and pool furniture and toys are provided for our guests.
The pool also has an integral spa to aid your relaxation.

Blizzard Beach
