Our new privately owned luxurious 4 bedroom Villa has two master suites and is situated in the prestigious Calabay Park at Tower Lake just 20 minutes from the gates of Disney. The Villa is detached and is fully air conditioned and also has ceiling paddle fans , Its located in a fully gated community with 24 security and has on site management 24 hours a day should you require it .

Our villa is over 2500 square foot in size and sleeps 10 people and is a home away from home. There are two master bedroom suites that open out onto the pool deck. There are also two twin rooms with a Jack and Jill bathroom.Our extra private and spacious pool and sun deck is south-east facing and enjoys the sun all day. Our family swimming pool has water features and is fitted with underwater lighting and may be heated in the cooler months.The living area is open plan with a luxury modern kitchen area with a breakfast bar and a kitchen table. The kitchen is fitted with all the modern appliances .The sitting area is fully furnished with comfortable leather couches, a large T.V. Coffee table and occasional tables and is an ideal place to relax after a busy day. The Den area is another comfortable sitting area and is fully furnished with comfortable chairs, occasional table, TV/DVD and an ideal place for the kids to relax in safety.The Dining area has a large table with six chairs for the larger family’s .There is a separate laundry room, with full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.This leads out to the large double garage that has recently been converted into a games room with full size American Pool Table, Air Hockey Table,Basket Ball Game,Dart Board and a large fan to keep you cool.
