We are on the west side of Highway 27 so on the Gulf side of Orlando, 1 hour from Tampa, St Petersburg etc. Orlando International airport is 30 minutes away. The villa is 5 minutes from local supermarkets and take-away restaurants, with a number of shopping mall's and designer outlets within easy reach.

Located just a few miles from Interstate 4 via Champions Gate, the villa is within easy reach of the major theme parks and shopping malls. Disney is within 15 minutes and Universal Studios and Sea World a further 10 minutes or so. The Florida Mall and luxury goods shopping at The Mall At Millenia are also in that area. The shopping and resturants on Highway 192 are an easy 5 minutes, a good Publix supermarket and a selection of food take-aways is only 3 minutes away at Berry Town Centre and also at Champions Gate. The Atlantic coast, with the Kennedy Space Centre is only one hour away, as is the Gulf coast with its white beaches. If you wanted a longer or overnight trip, Miami only 4-5 hour drive from the villa directly south on highway 27. It is extreamly quick and easy to get to all of these facilities from our villa at Tuscan Ridge.
