Our tastefully furnished villa provides spacious living, sleeping and both formal and informal dining areas and not least, total privacy for up to six persons. The spacious elegant great room with flat screen H D colour cable tv with free subscription to Roku, Netflix, and numerous other tv stations, stereo system with dvd's opens out on to the beautiful pool and spa deck, where meals can be enjoyed whilst the sun comes up, or goes down, on another glorious Florida day. Preparing food is a joy in the fully equipped luxury kitchen, with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, ice maker and all the time- saving conveniences you could wish for. Master bedroom suite with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with roman tub, walk in shower, his and hers vanity units, large walk in closet, large H D colour T V, with Roku, Netflix and along with numerous other stations, radio, telephone, and direct access to the pool / patio area. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, H D colour tv , radio, telephone, and sliding doors that provide direct access to the pool/ patio area, whilst bedroom 3 has a twin beds, radio and telephone.Both are situated by the fully equipped guest bathroom. For your laundry requirements we offer a spacious utility room with washer, dryer and large sink. For your convenience we provide all bed linen, bath, beach and patio towels, all you have to do is put the key in the front door, swing open the doors to the enclosed pool area - and relax. With a pool and spa that can be electrically heated throughout the winter, the possibility of year round 'al-fresco' dining, a gas fired barbecue a shaded lanai area, several golf courses within a few minutes drive, Rockabye is your perfect Florida villa for a perfect Florida vacation.

| Rental rates are from £850 to £1000 per week. Rates of fourteen nights or over are inclusive of final cleaning costs. For reservations for less than fourteen nights there will be an additional cleaning fee of £130 Electric pool/spa heating is available for the winter months for a supplement of £80 per week. A deposit of 20% is required to secure your reservation. A refundable security deposit of £200 is required with the final balance due eight weeks before your arrival. |
