Our spacious home has a pleasant lakeside position with a south-west outlook and is located in the Eagle Pointe community. This is a quiet and safe area yet only 12 minutes from the Disney attractions, and a few minutes from local restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

Our spacious 1760 square foot home is individually and fully furnished to a very high standard. Many homeowners have this house type configured with 4-bedrooms. We have chosen to offer ours as a 3-bedroom home to give our visitors the extra space.

We have just re-carpeted the entire house and upgraded the TV, DVD and stereo.

The rear of the property and pool deck overlook a large lake, and the area is populated with various birds, fish and other wildlife.

The large entrance hall leads to the living areas. The LOUNGE has plenty of comfortable seating. Patio doors provide access to a covered porch area with ceiling fan. The lounge has a 37" flatscreen TV with cable, a DVD player and hi-fi system with iPod dock.

The villa has three DINING areas. A formal area, adjacent to the lounge, has a large table and seats 6 people. The cafe nook area in the kitchen has a smaller table and there is further seating at the breakfast bar.

The KITCHEN is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, electric kettle and toaster. All crockery,cutlery and cookware is provided. The utility area off the kitchen has a washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board.

The MASTER BEDROOM has a American king-size (6 foot) bed, remote TV and a radio alarm clock. The en-suite bathroom has twin basins, shower cubicle, bath, separate toilet and a large walk-in closet.

BEDROOMS TWO and THREE share the second bathroom, which has a bath with shower, basin and toilet. One bedroom has a queen-size bed and remote TV, the other has twin beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes.

The DEN completes the living accommodation. It has a queen-size sofa bed on which to relax and get that quiet moment away from the family! It also contains additional closet space. This room doubles as an office if necessary, with the FREE high speed cable internet connection.

The POOL and deck face south-west and overlook a lake.

There are plenty of loungers and chairs and a table with umbrella on the pool deck. We have planted tress and shrubs outside, and either side of the screened area, and we also have some special screening for added privacy.

The GARAGE is accessible from the utilty room and has plenty of space for two cars.

Universal Studios - 25 minutes.
Shopping and restaurants - 5 minutes.
Orlando international Airport - 30 minutes.
