Orlando International Airport ( MCO ) is just 40 mins. drive from Sunset Villa.
It’s easy ! Just take the West exit ( Tampa / Disney ) from the airport and after 2 toll bridges turn left onto the Interstate 4 ( I 4 ) following the Tampa / Disney signs. Turn off the I 4 at junction 55 onto Highway 27 heading South for 8-10 miles and turn left at Lowes Garden Centre onto Bates Road. Tower Lake entrance is just up the hill on the right. If you miss the turn, just go on to the next junction and turn left for Walmart. Stock up with some goodies and when coming out of Walmart turn right. Stay on the inside and take the first right onto Bates Road.

With 4 bedrooms ( 2 double with ensuite with walk-in wardrobes ) and 3 bathrooms plus a den with double sofa bed, means there is accommodation for up to 10 people.

Fully air conditioned, this 1929sq.ft. villa is situated in an elevated setting above Tower Lake just 5 mins. from Highway 27 and a 5 mins. walk to the lake boat dock.

A single story villa with easy access and no hindering steps or stairs to overcome at the front door or anywhere else in the villa. There are also steps at each end of the private pool for easy access and a child safety pool screen.

There is direct access from both Master bedrooms and the main lounge to the pool area. In addition there is an in-shower seat off Master bedroom 2 for the elderly or incapacitated. This facility is also very handy for showering the little ones, after a hard day at the Parks.

All towels and bed linen are included with an adequate supply for your stay.

The Living Room is spacious and relaxing with TV/DVD/CD, adequate coffee/drink tables and a view out to the pool area , allowing for constant supervision, as required.

The Den is an area behind the main lounge where the young ones can enjoy their own entertainment, but are still within easy supervision due to the villa’s open plan layout.

There is a dining area between the kitchen and the Den with up-graded table and 6 chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge freezer and ice maker and all the facilities you would expect from a top class villa including a breakfast bar with
2 stools.
There are even plastic mugs for safe drinking by the pool area.

The Utility Room contains a large washing machine and a tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. There is also a Storage Room off the kitchen.

Treat yourself after a day in the theme parks, shopping or golfing and relax in the luxury of Sunset Villa and its large extended 40’ wide pool area and kidney shaped 23’ x 15’ private pool. Pool heating is recommended between October and April and is an optional extra and great value at only £80 per week.
