Your holiday villa was originally built in 1995. However it has just undergone a complete refurbishment by the owners. With fresh new paint inside & out and new carpets throughout, it is in immaculate condition for your vacation. You will not find a better example.
The pool has also been completely refurbished at a cost of many thousands of dollars, with a new deck, diamond brite finishing & new tiles.
The villa is light, bright and spacious, with three bedrooms, a twin, a double and a king-sized master, which is en suite. There are two bathrooms a fully fitted kitchen, breakfast room and formal dining room.
The lounge is split into a TV lounge with 200 channels of cable TV & DVD player. Also a quiet lounge for relaxing and reading that book or listening to music on the cd stereo. We have just installed a high speed wireless internet connection. The sofa also converts to a bed so 8 persons can be accommodated.
Outside has a large sweeping front lawn. Indeed there are lawns all around the property culminating in the back lawn, which backs onto unspoilt conservation.
The villas on The Wilderness are not squashed on small lots. They are built on oversized lots and there is plenty of room between our property and next door properties. (The pool is also not overlooked).
