Our luxury vacation villa is on a brand new peaceful, exclusive, gated community and is available from the start of 2008. The Shire at West Haven is only 10 minutes from the entrance to Disney World with SeaWorld and Universal Studios only 20 minutes away.

The development has some of the best golfing in Florida close by with Champions Gate and Reunion only 5 minutes drive away.

Local facilities include a variety of family dining and take-away restaurants, a large Publix supermarket, a Walgreens pharmacy, gas stations, bank and other local shops.

With easy access to the Interstate 4, Tampa, the beaches of the Gulf Coast or Daytona and the Kennedy Space Centre can be reached in less than an hour.

This spacious villa features a large open-plan living space incorporating a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook and a comfortable lounge with large flat screen, cable TV, DVD and CD player.

The Master bedroom has a King Bed, large en-suite, walk-in wardrobe and TV with cable access.

The second double bedroom also has an en-suite with direct access to the pool deck and spa area and TV.

Two further twin bedrooms share the villa’s third bathroom. There is a sofa/sleeper in the lounge making sleeping accommodation for up to 10 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, fridge-freezer with ice maker and cold water dispenser, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. The utility room contains a large capacity washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Large patio doors open from the lounge onto the spacious covered Lanai, ideal for al fresco dining, with luxurious loungers and patio furniture for relaxing around the 26ft private swimming pool and beautiful spa. The pool has a child safety screen, and the patio looks out on a conservation area.
