Madeira Norte condominium is located near the south end of Madeira Beach, Florida, just across the street from Johns Pass village on Johns Pass.

Madeira Beach is a great place for a beach vacation. The beaches are wide and clean, and they are sprinkled with seashells. You can walk many miles of uninterrupted beach. The warm gulf waters are seldom rough, and the water depth increases gradually from the beach. This section of the island usually has buoys in the water off the beach designating it a swim area, so boats do not go through the area near the beach where you are swimming.

Madeira Beach is a coastal barrier island, located just across the intercoastal waterway west of the cities of St. Petersburg and Tampa, and between Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach to the south and Reddington Beach and Indian Rocks to the north. The Tampa airport is 45 minutes away, and it is serviced by many major airlines, which keeps ticket costs low to many cities. The close proximity to St. Pete and Tampa allow quick access to restaurants , shopping and entertainment.

Features:

Master Bedroom has Queen size bed, two night stands, and dresser. The sliding doors to the balcony provide an outstanding view of Johns Pass. The bedroom's side windows provide a view of the most beautiful sunrises. Remote control TV with cable also.
Master bathroom has separate vanity areas and sink areas, as well as a separate room with the toilet and full size tub with shower. There is also a walk in closet.
Second bedroom has a Queen bed and a twin bed, and dresser with a large window.

The second full bathroom has two entry doors, from both the main hallway and the second bedroom. It has a shower, toilet and vanity sink.
The kitchen features all electric appliances that are new within the last couple of years. stove with self cleaning oven, refrigerator freezer with icemaker, microwave oven and disposer are all included. There are pots, pans, plates, glassware, silverware, etc. so you should have everything you need for meal preparation.
There is a full size washer and dryer in a laundry closet at the back of the kitchen.
Living room has a two leather suites, remote control color TV, video cassette recorder, and remote control Sony stereo with CD player. Sliding glass doors open onto the balcony.

The balcony stretches across the front of the whole condo (both living room and master bedroom),and has a dining table, chairs and a reclining lounge chair.
Heated swimming pool for the building.
All linens, towels and cookware are provided.
Designated covered parking spot next to the elevator.
Electric heat and air conditioning.
There is a folding crib in the master bedroom closet. You will need to bring your own sheets for this.
There are usually folding beach chairs, beach toys, wacky noodles, and a couple of beach towels in the front hall closet, but none of this is guaranteed as they are easily lost and broken.

CLEARWATER MARINE AQUARIUM
See and learn how to protect Dolphins, Otters, and Sea Turtles. The Aquarium is a non-profit facility dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and release of sick and injured marine animals.

Unique on the West Coast of Florida and one of only eight facilities in the United States authorized to rescue and rehabilitate marine mammals.

Great for the Kids. A family will spend a couple of hours at this worthwhile attraction. Learn the biology and behavior of bottlenose dolphins, loggerhead sea turtles, Kemp's Ridley sea turtles, river otters, sting rays, local fish and coral reefs via daily presentations, "hands on" opportunities, and daily feedings.

Gift shop with educational items. Had too much beach or a raining day? Head for the Clearwater Marine Aquarium just off Clearwater Beach in Island Estates.

PIER 60 PARK, PLAYGROUND AND PIER
Clearwater Beach just south of Hilton Resort.

Pier 60 Park features a unique covered children's playground housed under two large blue pavilions. Age appropriate equipment is available for preschoolers to 12 years olds including swings, slides, monkey bars, a ship and one of the world's largest sand boxes.

Playground is open daily from sunrise to sunset.

Each night, from two hours before to two hours after Sunset, visit the Sunsets at Pier 60 street festival featuring local artisans and performers. Free.

The 1,050 foot fishing pier provides Gulf fishing opportunities for residents and visitors. No license required. Equipment rental available. Fee charged for admission. Fishing info.
