The City of Frostproof is a quaint municipality with friendly people and a rural charm. This area is well known for its vast citrus groves and beautiful scenery. Lake Wales, Avon Park and Sebring are some of the other communities in the immediate area.

The home is located in the "Lily Lake Golf Resort" a quiet, safe, and beautifully kept gated community. The development features a well maintained, fun, yet challenging 9 hole golf course. A large community center with outdoor pool and hot tub, tennis courts, bocce ball, billiards room, scuffle board and other activities are available.

The home features 1 bedroom and 1 bath. The home is completely furnished so just bring your suitcases and your groceries. There is also an attached florida room for your enjoyment. A golf cart is also available for your use. This will be included at no additional cost for extended stay quests. There is also a washer and dryer onsite for your personal use.

Frostproof is located about one hour south of Orlando just off Highway 27. It is situated approximately 1/2 way between Tampa on the Gulf Coast, and Vero Beach on the Atlantic Coast.
