There is a coded key box so there is no need to pick up keys on the way to the villa. A welcome pack can be arranged for a small extra charge

The 42 foot family room has cathedral ceilings and has Florida style furnishings with large comfortable sofa’s and formal dinning table etc. There is a 28 inch cable TV. There is a separate snug with further sofas for those who want a quiet area to read.
Kitchen
A superb kitchen with American extra sized oven/hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and it is very well equipped. There is also a further table and chairs for those who don’t want to eat in the formal dinning area. The extra sized washing machine and dryer are in the garage.
Main Bedroom 1
Extra large queen sized bed, walk in closet, and triple chest of draws. There is also a further 20 inch cable TV. There is an en-suite bathroom.
Double Bedroom 2

There is a bathroom serving bedrooms 2-4.There is also a further cloak room with toilet and sink off the hall.
Heated Pool
The large screened pool is south facing and overlooks a conservation area; it is accessed via the living area though sliding patio doors.
There are pool loungers and table and chairs for outside eating. |
