LOCATION
Our villa is located within the stylish gated development of High Grove with its unique terracotta roofs and wide streets. It is ideally situated at the junction of Highways 192 and 27, only 6 miles from Walt Disney World and with easy access to airports, restaurants, shopping malls and a host of other facilities. There are many high quality golf courses close by and it is an easy drive to the other theme parks, the Kennedy Space Centre and the famous Florida beaches.

Flamenco Villa is a spacious, 2400 sq. ft., two storey executive villa on one of the larger sites in High Grove and looks out onto a wooded conservation area.

Ground Floor

Family Room
A large family room superbly furnished to a deluxe standard offers a comfortable area for all our guests to relax in. There is a large wide screened TV and a DVD player and a dining area with seating for 6-8 people.

Kitchen
The open-plan kitchen is next to the family room and is exceptionally well equipped. There is a breakfast bar and a further dining table for more informal dining. Beside the kitchen there is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble drier, iron, ironing board etc. The laundry room leads to the double garage, part of which has been converted to a games room and boasts a pool table, air hockey table and table football

First floor
There are 4 bedrooms upstairs- 2 double rooms and two twin rooms. The Master Bedroom is very spacious room with a queen size bed. It is very stylishly decorated with lots of storage space, lamps, TV and radio. The en-suite bathroom has twin wash-hand basins, toilet, a large jacuzzi bath and separate walk-in shower. The other large bedrooms are equally tastefully decorated and furnished, each with their own distinctive style. The family bathroom is large and very well equipped.

Pool Area.

There is a large south-facing pool and spa area surrounded by Mediterranean style block paving and equipped with luxury padded sun-loungers, chairs and patio table. It has a pool screen and lanai to add to your comfort while you sunbathe or dine al fresco. The pool area overlooks a large conservation area visited daily by a family of cranes and other exotic birds. All doors to the pool have entry and exit alarms fitted for the safety of younger guests. The patio is accessed via the kitchen, family room or a large downstairs shower room. Guests may also enjoy free membership of the beautiful Caribbean style Bahama Bay Resort located about one and a half miles away.
