The lovely public beach is approximately 7 minutes drive away. There are great restaurants, shopping malls and all amenities and entertainment facilities just 3 minutes away.

The property is 2100square feet and beautifully designed and decorated to the highest standard. Downstairs you will find a 3 car garage with room for a jet ski and a games room.. Upstairs is the living accommodation, which consists of a lounge, kitchen and dining area on open plan, 4 bedrooms, 2 with Queen sized beds and 2 with 2 twin beds each., and 2.5 bathrooms.
