West Haven is a secure gated community accessed through an attractive landscaped boulevard and is easily one of the very best locations around. The community overlooks a lake surrounded by conservation area and it backs onto orange groves. The Abbey offers a range of recreational activities. All attractions are easily accessed and the Disney gates are just 10 minutes away. Orlando International Airport is about a 40 minute drive. Each home is positioned on a single road laid out in such a way that no home backs onto any others, giving maximum privacy to the pool deck. The rear of each home offers either a lake/conservation view or a view over the adjacent magnificent orange groves. This home features 4 bedrooms and sleeps 10, 2 of which are masters, (1 king bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 2 bedrooms with twin beds). Both Masters have luxurious ensuites. All the bedrooms have TV's and DVD Players and the Main Master also has a telephone. The third bathroom is located between the two twin bedrooms.
The sofa sleeper is located in the Den area, which is good so it gives a bit more privacy. Also in the Den Area there is a beautiful computer desk with Internet Access.
There is a Games Room in the garage for the young adults vacationing with you, with Pool, Foosball,Air Hockey and Darts.
The Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi is South facing so you have sun on the Pool Deck from Sun Rise to Sun Down. It is also not overlooked at the back and there is at least 20ft between the villas next door and as the villa is on a slight bend the distance is even more. At the Front the villa is not overlooked as it is at the end of a quiet T junction. You can see from photographs what a lovely location it is.
The Villa is looked after by a management company so you can reach them 7 days a week 24hrs a day 365 days a year.

Busch Gardens is approx 1hr away.

Champions gate is approx 2-3 Mins away, which has a champion Golf Course and Shops
