This is the Front Lounge.The ground floor area comprises of an open plan entertaining area which is ultimate in relaxed elegance with its plush furnishings and decorative lamps which allows adaptable, atmospheric lighting when relaxing and chatting after a hard day at the parks. Two comfortable sofas of which one converts into a double sofa bed for additional sleeping.

For safety a child safety fence is supplied but can be removed if desired. With ample reclining and cushioned pool side furniture which consists of lounges, chairs and tables allows you to relax in the outdoors whilst soaking up the Florida sunshine, but for those who require shading a section of the pool area is protected by a covered 18ft lanai.

Here our home is suited for the wonderful outdoor entertainment with its 5ft Summer Kitchen which includes cedar cupboard space a sink and tiled counter tops with a gas BBQ grill. This feature really is special and a firm favourite with all our guests.
