A spacious property ideal for one/two families wanting to share a luxurious vacation home with their own private swimming pool and covered lanai. Our villa is ideally situated for all of Orlando’s attractions, shopping, golf and restaurants catering for most tastes and price bracket. The villa has an ADT Alarm System for your security and we have an excellent Management Company on call for any queries you may have (as well as ourselves).

“Florida Magical Moments” Villa

Our villa is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard and is fully air conditioned throughout. It has a telephone system with local calls being free. Long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card which can be purchased at shops throughout the area.

* POOL AREA
The pool area has its own private, sun drenched, fully screened 26 x 13 foot swimming pool which gives plenty of space for families to enjoy themselves whether it be during a relaxing day spent at the villa or after a visit to a park / attraction. Ample luxury pool furniture is provided along with a supply of pool towels. An extended Lanai area gives welcome shade if needed. The pool has an underwater light and the Lanai has additional lighting to make the most of the warm evenings.

* GAMES ROOM
A brand new fully equipped Games Room comprising a 7’ slate bed Pool Table, Electronic Air Hockey Table and Electronic Basketball Alley that guests of all ages will enjoy. There is an electric fan to keep you cool while you play.

* GREAT ROOM
The spacious Great Room has 2 large sofas, one of which converts to a queen size sleeper bed. Patio doors lead on to the Lanai and have pool door alarms fitted. For your entertainment there is a large TV with cable, Wireless Internet, Playstation 2 with assorted games, a library of books and a CD/Radio with a selection of CDs.

* KITCHEN
The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is fitted out with everything you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full-size cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer with ice maker, juicer, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and house wares. The breakfast nook adjoins the kitchen and has a table and 4 chairs. A large wheeled cool box is provided for your convenience.

* MASTER BEDROOM
The first master bedroom has a TV with cable and DVD Player, a Queen size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The en-suite has a walk in shower, large corner bath and double basin vanity unit. The walk-in-closet has a floor mounted safe. Extra linen and pillows are provided. Hair dryer and ample towels are provided. An alarm clock is also provided for those early morning starts for the parks!

* GUEST BEDROOM
The second master bedroom has a TV/DVD with cable, alarm clock, walk in closet and a Queen size bed. Adjoining is a master bathroom en-suite comprising large walk in shower. Hair dryer and ample towels/linen are provided.

* TWIN BEDROOMS
The two remaining bedrooms are fitted with two twin beds, alarm clocks, wall mounted LCD TV/DVDs with cable and walk in closets. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom between them with bath and shower. A hair dryer and ample towels/linen is also provided.

* UTILITY ROOM
For your convenience the villa has a utility room equipped with a top loader washing machine and separate tumble drier. An iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and washing basket are also provided.

* DINING AREA
In the formal dining area you will find a dining table and 6 chairs.
