Our house is located in an upmarket, quiet and peaceful neighbourhood of Sarasota.
Set within 1/3 acre of lush tropical gardens surrounded by palms and large oaks. It is a traditional Floridian home.
Lounge
Beautifully furnished,light and airy with cathedral ceilings with candian maple beams.
The floors are marbled tiled throught the living area,kitchen and dining area.
There are 2 sofas, TV and DVD player.
Sliding doors look onto the pool area.
Kitchen
This is open plan to the lounge area with breakfast bar and all the necessary utensils plus coffe maker,dishwasher, microwave large fridge freezer and range.
Dining Area
Open plan to the kitchen with large window overlooking the pool and sliding doors onto the pool deck.
Master Bedroom
This very large bedroom is again beautifully furnished with large walk in closet.Again sliding doors onto the pool area.
The ensuite has twin sinks and a large roman shower.
Bedroom 2
Again tastefully decorated with double bed and sliding doors to the pool deck.
Master Bathroom
With bath and shower, this bathroom is located in the hall between bedrooms 2 and 3.
Bedroom 3
With twin beds and walk in closet.
Pool Area
The private pool area is South facing so gets the sun all day long. It is completely screened with 27ft solar heated pool. The shallow end has steps leading into the pool ideal for small kids or elderley people. The pool deck is large so plenty of room to spread out on the sunloungers and chairs provided.The pool area is totally secluded and surrounded by tropical gardens. There is a large lanai which is undercover so ideal to get out of the sun but still be outside. The outside dining area is lovely for eating out in the evening.
Utility Room
This room has loads of storage space with brand new washer and dryer.
There is a triple garage with electric doors and space for 6 cars on the large driveway.
All linens and towels are provided including beach towels.Hairdryers are also provided. |
