When you step inside our new villa, you will instantly feel as though you are transported right into your very own home! Completed in December 2006, our spacious and beautifully appointed villa is sure to have everything you need to make your next Disney vacation complete.
Enter into the spacious foyer and welcome to our home! Ahead you will find the living room, a great place to relax after a long day at the parks. The living room features a couch with chaise lounge and built in queen sized sleeper sofa as well as a plush chair. The living room features a large 32" TV with digital cable and a DVD player. We have even supplied a great collection of DVDs for your enjoyment!
Just off the living room there is a spacious kitchen stocked with everything you will need during your stay. The kitchen features new top-of-the-line appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, range, and microwave. Nothing was forgotten - we have even included all of your dishes, glasses, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, and much more! The kitchen also features a breakfast bar with 4 stools as well as a spacious dining table with seating for 6 people.
The main master bedroom is the epitome of luxury! The king sized bed will provide you a comfortable night's sleep. The room also features a full dresser as well as oversized walk-in closet, so there is ample storage room. The main master bedroom is also just as luxurious with dual vanities, a large roman tub, and walk-in shower stall.
The secondary master bedroom is also fully furnished with your comfort in mind. A queen sized bed with plush mattresses and luxurious linens invites you in for a good night sleep. A large armoire and closet provide plenty of storage space. Just off the second master bedroom is a bathroom with vanity and shower-over-tub combo. This bathroom has entry from both the second master bedroom and the hallway.
The remaining two bedrooms are just across the foyer. Each of these bedrooms have a pair of twin beds, dresser, night stand, and closet for extra storage. These bedrooms share a third hallway bathroom with single vanity and shower-over-tub combo. A hallway closet just off the bathroom also provides extra storage as well as all of the bedding for the sleeper sofa.
All linens are provided for you, as well as spare linens each room. Towels for both the pool and the bath are also provide. Each bedroom also has a TV for your enjoyment. The twin bedded rooms have also had a Playstation 2 and DvD player installed to amuse the kids at bedtime!We have also added complimentary wireless high speed internet access as well as free local and long distance calling to anywhere in the US, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Europe!

This room, themed with our "dream cars", features an 8-foot pool table, 7-foot air hockey table with electronic scoring, and foosball table. The surrounding area of Villa Sorrento near Walt Disney World is one of the fastest, up-and-coming premiere rental areas in Central Florida. The main focal point of this community is the Southern Dunes Golf Club as well as the area's new communities. Within the immediate area of the villa, you will find many different shops and restaurants. A local grocery store, as well as a Wal-Mart Supercenter (similar to Astor's) are both just minutes from the home.
Take a short ride up the interstate and you will find the main road which is known to the locals as the 192. Here you will find all different types of restaurants, including names like TGI Friday's, Ruby Tuesday's, Outback Steakhouse, Olive Garden, and many more. Whether you are craving Italian, Chinese, French, Indian, or American cuisine, this is the place where you will be sure to find something to satisfy your palette.
In addition to all of the restaurants and gift shops, you will also find other activities including miniature golf and go-kart racing, all fun for the whole family. If you prefer to take advantage of some of the area's best shopping secrets, the outlet malls are the place to go. You can pick up great merchandise at discount prices from stores including Burberry, Lacoste, Ralph Lauren, and Nike. There are two main outlet malls, one across from Disney and another up by Universal Studios.
