Our fully air conditioned home sits on a premium lot with an enviable open aspect across the natural 14 acre Lake Berkley. The fully screened pool area is surrounded by tropical planting to ensure total privacy without impeding the wonderful view.
A covered Lanai with overhead fan adds to the enjoyment of the patio area.
Padded loungers, chairs, tables and stools are supplied for your comfort.

Full air conditioning, tinted windows and ceiling fans ensure your maximum comfort within our home.

The large family room has soft leather couches, a 42 inch HDTV, digital cable channels and a DVD home theatre system. A wireless broadband internet connection is provided for guests wishing to bring their laptop or notebook computers.

The formal dining room has a Roman feel and the glass table is elegantly set with china, gold edged cutlery and glass stem ware for that special meal!

The kitchen is fully equipped to enable you to provide anything from a small snack to a full Christmas/ Thanksgiving dinner.

There is a separate laundry room with large capacity washer and dryer, iron, ironing board etc.

The garage has been professionally converted into an independently air conditioned GAMES ROOM with a full size pool table, TV and Play Station 2. Sofas and coffee tables provide a comfortable area for spectators or movie buffs!

The master bedroom suite has a queen bed, a leather love seat and TV with DVD/VCR player. The en-suite bathroom has a corner bath, twin basins, separate shower cubicle and toilet.

Also on the ground floor is Bedroom 5. Equipped with a day bed, this room offers versatility by doubling as an additional sitting area through the day and providing either a queen or twin beds for night time use. A shower room with vanity basin and toilet is adjacent to this room.

The second master bedroom is situated on the first floor. The en-suite shower room with oversized shower cubicle,vanity basin and toilet has been cleverly designed to be either, exclusive to the master room, or, by simply locking one door and unlocking another, it becomes accessible to the rest of the house.

Bedroom 3 has a full (double) bed and a twin and is decorated with a Safari theme.

Bedroom 4 is a Disney themed room with twin beds.

A house shower room with vanity basin and toilet completes the upstairs accommodation

Situated 2 minutes drive from highway192 there is a 24hr Wal*Mart, shops, restaurants etc within easy reach.

Walt Disney World is less than 10 minutes drive with Sea World 15 minutes and Universal and The Orange County Convention Center about 20 minutes drive.
