Indian Creek is a fantastic location just 5 min from Disney main gate, 10 min from the outlet malls, 15 mins from SeaWorld and Universal Studio's and just 30 min from Orlando International airport.

2 Mins walk from the villa is a children's playground, football and baseball pitch, lake and running circuit. Tennis courts, putting green, a multi-purpose sports court are also on site. Many golf courses close by.

The local supermarket is approx. 1 mile in the Formosa Gardens shopping centre which is also home to some lovely restaurants and a couple of fast food chains.

Indian Creek is a quiet and peaceful area where you can rest away from the hustle and bustle of the theme parks, yet close enough to Disney to see and hear the Epcot fireworks on an evening stroll.

We sure you will love our villa, it is furnished to a very high standard and very clean. The sofa and bed's are really comfortable and we have very well padded sun loungers and patio furniture. The deck is extended and the Pool & Spa face South so you get the sun all day. We have a new games room with a Pool table, Air hockey, Darts and PlayStation2. There is also Wireless Internet Access. We also have cable TV's in every bedroom. Kitchen fully equipped with appliances and utensils. Bathroom and pool towels provided. We also provide a cot, high chair and stroller, plus kids toys and DVD's.

Bedrooms
The villa has three bedrooms:
Master bedroom with King size (6ft) bed, cable TV and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a Queen size (5ft) bed and cable TV & DVD player. The third bedroom has twin beds and cable TV & DVD player.

Kitchen
The large kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. There is a toaster, kettle, coffee maker and blender. Plus all the silverware, crockery, glasses and kitchen utensils you will need.

Living Room
In the bright, open plan living room there is a comfortable suite, ceiling fan and an entertainment centre, complete with cable TV, DVD, video and stereo.

Laundry
There is a full size washing machine and tumble dryer. A full size iron and ironing board are also available in the villa.

Dining Room
The dining room has an elegant six-seater dining table

Bathrooms
In the family bathroom there is a shower over the bath. The en-suite has a bath and a separate shower. Luxury bathroom towels are provided. Hair dryers are provided.

Pool and Spa
Patio doors lead to the screened South facing deck area. All entrances to the pool are alarmed for child safety.

The deck has been extended to enjoy the sunshine all day long. The lanai is equipped with luxury patio furniture and sun loungers, and pool towels are provided for your use.

The pool and Jacuzzi can be heated and there are pool and Jacuzzi covers to retain the heat overnight.

The deck backs onto a perimeter wall, which means the house is not over looked.

Alarms
The house has a fully security system installed. Child safety alarms are on all doors and windows linked to the pool area.
